I failed to root my Ulefone Metal and I got a softbrick (bootloop). I flashed the latest ROM form Ulefone site via SP_Flash_Tool_V5.1636 and it worked but the mobile data is not working.
Any ideea what to do to get it working? The APN is correct, data roaming started, airplane mode no/off....tried everything but no success, cellular network state is always disconnected.

here is my IMEI : xxx...?

Better delete your IMEI from this Forum (Edit your post) but check if it is the same IMEI as on your original paper box.
Run MTK Engineering menu (install from Google Play or 'dial"  *#*#3646633#*#* ) and check your 2g/3g/4g frequencies against the phone specs:   http://www.devicespecifications.com/en/model/c4e13d2e.

If you lost frequencies, you should re-flash nvram (like through TWRP...)

If you can make call then no problem with your IMEI. Check again the APN.

The APN is correct, it didn't change after flashing the new ROM. The phone is used with a prepaied sim, I also checked with a contract sim, different APN, and same thing, not working.

On Engineering menu  I found 2100 frequency missing:

For the matter of fact, I"ve got the same 2G/3G bands as you - now I also wonder what happened to WCDMA 2100. In accordance to the specs, it should be supported (it"s not even listed as disabled), not that Chinese IMT 2000.
Don't know how were the band's when phone was brand new, or did NVRAM change by upgrading or flashing..
