1.How to Update the Power from Android 5.1 to Android 6.0

I am afraid I have to tell you that we have not figured out the 32-64 bit conversion for Lollipop-Marshmallow OTA upgrade yet, so I suggest you to follow this link:  http://ulefone.com/download/power.html    to upgrade by USB flash. If you find the text guidance hard to follow, there is also intuitive videos guidance: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-Mwo1krM3PU (windows 10) /https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TPgAvtYGJXA (windows 7)

Do not worry, after this update, you will receive the future OTA update successfully!

7.Cannot use the Cellular data.

Please contact the carrier and ask for what their frequency bands are. And you'll know if their frequency bands are included in the following, which Ulefone Power is compatible with.

GSM: 850/900/1800/1900 (band5,band8,band3,band2)
WCDMA: 900/2100 (band8,band1)
FDD-LTE: 800/900/1800/2100/2600 (band20,band8,band3,band1,band7)

9.Where to check CE report and SAR value

If you need the Ulefone Power CE report for custom clearance or any other legal purposes, you can download the PDF files from this link: https://1drv.ms/u/s!AuHR1GdiQ1b2gVVsJR_lnLEzWzZ6

Of all the issues involved in CE report, max SAR value is the most frequently asked. And here it is:

Head: 0.323 W/kg
Body: 0.807 W/kg

Of course you can find the above information from the specific test report, which, however, is freak long.
