Hello,
I own the ulefone Metal now for some days, and I'm really satisfied with the phone, expect from one thing: The battery. I noticed all the days, that the battery looses really fast the % - for a 3050mAh-Battery wierd. So I installed a good battery-monitoring-app (AccuBattery Pro), and it confirmed what I think. The real capacity is only about 2000mAh - so it only has round 60% of what is promised.
So, is the battery in my phone defect, or is ulefone lying about the battery-capacity?
And don't say the app is false, I charged the Phone for about 6 hours with 350-400mA from 0% to 100%, so calculated there can be a maximum capacity of 2100-2400mAh without paying attention of the efficency of the charging (loss).
I'm sorry for my maybe sometimes bad english, I'm from germany.

Here is a screenshot from the app:

I have just used the same app for myself and although I have not done a full discharge recharge cycle with the app it calculates it to be 2837,1 mAh for my phone. Maybe your battery is dodgy?

Um, Can you maybe Test the capacity with a full charge from almost 0 to 100%? Because when I charge it only particulary, I also get an estimated capacity of 2600-2800 (which would be also too low, but better

I will do a full cycle later however I did discover with the app that if you leave the phone charging for any time longer than after it reaches 100% then the battery capacity thing goes down. Maybe a slight bug in the app? I dont know. I improved my battery life as well by disabling the smart settings stuff and downloading the 360 battery saver app or whatever. Now I last a full day comfortably. As I said I will do a full cycle later

For me, AccuBattety, upon the full cycle: discharging 100%, then charging 100%, estimates the battery to 2350 mAh

so, now I have an estimated capacity of 2200mAh - and it is not an individual case (I mean nobody in this thread reached the promised capacity). I think ulefone is lying - they did the same thing with the betouch 2, there the battery has been advertised with 3050mAh and actually it has 2500mAh (they admit it later officially). Thats really disappointing.
What I also noticed is, that the battery dont get calibrated well - When my phone reaches 15%, it falls straight down to zero in maybe 2 minutes. And when I charge it, at 85% it reaches 100% also within 2 minutes. Maybe there is also an error in the charging-software (or how you call it). Or the 15% is the missing capacity from 2200 to 2500mAh (which the battery maybe really should have).
I also didnt noticed an reduction of the charging speed, when you reach e.g. 90% - it charges with full speed (1000mA with the included adapter), and the battery gets critical voltage (here it was 4.4 volts) - so it is better to charge it with an slow power adapter or at the pc (here I get maximum 400-500mA current). I think somebody fall asleep while programming the charging software, so now it is really shitty.

@All

Hi,Different phone have different result, please believe us. We also have a big battery phone with 6050mAh, you can check it, don't have any customers said we have lied on the battery. Lying on the battery, what can we get? I think will be lost customers, no, We never want to see this happen.

If you think the problem with the battery, please reset your phone to factory data, empty and fully charge the battery 2 times (no charge before battery is empty and no use when the battery is being charged). Then the battery performance will go normal.

Thank you
