Indeed, it seems there is no such option in My Center, Settings (or it's hidden)?
One can delete his/her posts one by one (and forget the URL/password).
Easiest, ask Miles by PM to delete.
Better, calm down

I use stock rom,  never flashed any roms in my metal.  I have tried many anti virus and anti malware...  Never found any malicious app... Nevwr had AD or self installed app.  I hav bought phone from gearbest.  So therea are 2 option: 1) gearbest has clean my phone before send to me.  2) your reseller has infected the phone before send it to you.

How long have you been using your phone? Malware does not activate for 50 to 60 on/off cycles. Malware is cooked into the ROM. Ulefone has admitted this and is working on a new, clean ROM. You can check it with "Stubborn Trojan Killer" by Cheetah Mobile in the Google Play store. It will show you the ROM is infected. My phone is from Gearbest sister company Everbuying and it is definitely infected as are all Ulefone Metal 4G phones. Sorry, but you have the malware also. You just have not realized it yet.

I use it since about 2 months. More than 50-60 power on cycle, but never seen pop-up, ad aware or self installed app.
Why only "Stubborn Trojan Killer" by Cheetah Mobile see and clean the malware.  Why only CM security see the trojan?
Why only Cheetah mobile see this virus?
I don't want to doubt about what you say, but i can't admit to have a trojan when i haven't it.

The program cannot clean it unless the phone is rooted. The malware is in the ROM. Consider yourself lucky you have not been affected yet. If you look in system apps look for two search services and opera mobile store. They are the infected apps. Miles, who is Ulefone's rep on this forum, has admitted the ROM has malware. He has the engineers testing a new ROM. Go look at the other threads yourself. The malware has been confirmed by Ulefone.
