FDD-LTE: 800/1700/1800/2100/2600 (band20,band4,band3,band1,band7)
TDD-LTE: 2500/1900/2300/2500(Band38,Band39,Band40,Band41)
SIM                Dual sim dual standby, Dual Micro SIM
Both SIM slots are compatible with 4G, respectively. When they work at the same time, only one of them can receive LTE service and the other GSM. You can choose in settings which one for 4G.

LTE B4 means AWS 2110-2155 (Downlink Mhz)  1710-1755 (Uplink Mhz)  Amerika.
Armor is a Mobil Phone for "Worldwide use only" GSM UMTS CDMA LTE FDD and LTE TDD for North- and Southamerika!

Link above shows LTE by name and region.

Here you can read, witch carrier in your country you can use. Trust me, it´s a lot!
Choose "Ulefone" then "Armor" and you can list the carriers within your country and if 2G, 3G, 4G is possible.
